La Mar, Cala d’Or is a development of 36 apartments with avant-garde architecture, predominantly in colour white. The apartments have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

Communal areas have a swimming pool with shower and lighting, as well as beautiful, landscaped garden areas with irrigation system installed.

LARGE TERRACES TO ENJOY

The ground floor apartments have spacious terraces with a porch and private garden. The other apartments also have large terraces with beautiful views of the marina at Cala d’Or or of the communal areas.
